- Retired from the Winnipeg Police Service in 2014 at the rank of Staff Sergeant after 38 years of service
- Member of the Winnipeg Police Choir since 1980 and still a current member
- Proudly served 9 years from 2002 as Treasurer for the Winnipeg Police Association
- Graduated University of Manitoba with Bachelor of Arts degree in 1975
- Graduated Red River Community College with Certificate of Public Sector Administration in 1993

- Served ten years as chairperson of the Audit Committee and a delegate representing the Credit Union
Andrew Zurawsky – Vice-President

- Currently posted at Division 13 as a Patrol Sergeant
Maurice Sabourin – Secretary
- Member of the Winnipeg Police Credit Union since 1989
- Member of the Winnipeg Police Services since 1989
- Member of the Winnipeg Police Credit Union Board of Directors since 2007
- Currently serving as a member of the Audit Committee
- Completed two years toward Justice and Law Enforcement Degree

Adam Cheadle – Director

- Member of the Winnipeg Police Service since 1998

- Graduate from Red River College in Criminology and First Responder Certification.
- Completed various courses in the field of Leadership and Transition, Leadership Series Level I, Effective Presentation and Tactical Communication
- Currently holds the rank of Patrol Sergeant within the Winnipeg Police Service.
- Currently serves on the Winnipeg Police Service Tactical Support Team and has for the past 8 years.
Michael J. Clark – Director
- Member of Winnipeg Police Credit Union since 1999
- Graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1996
- Graduated from University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2001
- Called to the Bar in Manitoba in 2002
- Associate lawyer with Myers LLP (formerly Myers Weinberg LLP) from 2002 to 2015
- Became a Partner at Myers LLP in 2015
- Serve on the Board of Status 4, a charitable non-profit organization started by a former Winnipeg Police Officer to provide accessible music and media programs for youth

David Kroeker - Director
- Member of the Winnipeg Police Credit Union since 1999

- Graduate of Lethbridge College – Diploma in Environmental Science, Wildlife Law Enforcement in 1996
- Completed numerous leadership based courses including Field Training Officer, Effective Presentation, Winnipeg Police Supervisor Level 1, National Tactical Officers Association Tactical Team Leader, Tactical Commander course
- Attended Breamner and Associates Team Leader course in 2010
- Is a recreation committee member responsible for amateur sport coaching, project planning, fundraising, project infrastructure development
- Developed internal policy/procedure for post critical incident back to work protocol
- Currently holds the rank of Sergeant within the Winnipeg Police Service

Ron Smolik – Director
- Member of the Winnipeg Police Service for almost 20 years, currently Manager of Finance, whose mandate is to oversee and manage the finances and assets of the WPS.

- Currently on the Boards of a number of other organizations in a financial capacity, and runs a small income tax preparation business
