Welcome to WPCU's new website!

WPCU has launched a new website together with MemberDirect® online banking in order to provide you with a more secure, modern and convenient place to do your banking whenever and wherever you need. Did my User ID or password for online banking change? Expand/Collapse

No, your User ID and password did not change.

For security reasons however, if your password was shorter than 8 characters, you will need to contact us in branch at 204-944-1033 during normal business hours to reset your password and gain access to your account.

Why do I need to re-select my Personal Verification Questions? Expand/Collapse

As we are using a new system, the first time you login to your account online, you will need to select new Security Questions. From then on, if you need to change these questions, you can do so under "Profile and Preferences" on the lefthand menu in online banking.

What if I don't remember the Personal Verification Questions I've set up? Expand/Collapse

In order to reset these questions, you will need to call us in branch during regular hours.

Are there restrictions to my online banking password? Expand/Collapse

Your password must be a minimum of 8 characters long.
